How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it via your Glam Gustoz account dashboard.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes:
US: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping time may vary depending on the destination and season.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If you need help, email us at service@glamgustoz.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size issues. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ll send a free replacement.
How do I start a return?
Email us at service@glamgustoz.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Since each item is custom-printed, we unfortunately cannot offer size or color exchanges. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

How do I determine my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart — we recommend comparing it with a similar item you own for best fit.
How should I care for my garments?
For best results:
Wash cold, inside out
Hang dry or tumble dry on low
Do not bleach or iron the printed area
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. All products are printed on-demand, reducing overproduction and waste. We partner with Printify providers who offer eco-conscious printing methods and materials whenever possible.
Do you offer custom tailoring services?
Currently, we don’t offer custom tailoring. However, we are exploring made-to-fit options for the future.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking “Login” or “Register” at the top of our website and following the prompts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and also PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our website is SSL-encrypted, and all transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
How do I reset my password?
